The Copper Dog, Criagellachie

Speyside has a great selection of hotels and restaurants which offer everything from formal dining, casual lunches, whisky bars, pubs and tea rooms. Local foods such as seafood, pheasant, venison and partridge are highlighted on menus as well as traditional local fare. Local specialities include the established Sticky Toffee pudding, Cranachan, Scotch Broth, Oat cakes, Scottish cheeses and local produced dairy and beef, are all carefully and passionately prepared for guests.
